kish answer: 95 is a much higher number than 8, so obviously Windows 95 must be better. However, that leaves me wondering why you don t go for Windows 2000. It s worth remembering that Windows 95 shipped with Internet Explorer 1.0, undoubtedly the best web browser of all time. $500 seems about right, so long as you can get a 14 inch SVGA monitor with it.
